No Stir Polenta
Polenta can be grilled, used in lasagna or topped with mushrooms, tomato sauce or a gorgonzola cream sauce. Use more water to make a looser polenta. A favourite of Jim’s
ingredients
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 2 cups of cornmeal
- 7 cups of water
- 2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and stir until blended. Cover. Bake in oven for 80 minutes. Stir and bake another 10 minutes.
