Mom's Strawberry Bavarian Dessert
Great summertime dessert but can be made anytime throughout the year. Low fat too!!
ingredients
- 2 3 oz. strawberry jello
- 2 10 oz. packages quick thaw frozen strawberries
- 1 8 oz. container light cool whip plus more

Dissolve jello into 2 cups boiling water and strawberries. Mix until the strawberries separate and being to thicken. (you can smooth by using a blender).

Thicken in fridge for 20-30 minutes and add in cool whip. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate. Add additional cool whip to top of dessert once thickened for better appearance.
