Blueberry Crumb Cake

ingredients

  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c blueberries
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Crumbs
  • 2 sticks - 2 T butter
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c light brown sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Lightly beat melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Spread into sprayed 13x9 glass pan. Sprinkle blueberries over mix and press lightly into batter.

    For crumbs: melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Sprinkle on top of blueberries.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

    May be sprinkled with 10x sugar before serving.
