Green Bean Bundles

- 2 pounds fresh green beans-steamed crisp/tender
- 6 strips center cut bacon-partially cooked
- 4 tablespoons butter-melted
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar-packed

Gather 6-10 beans in bundles and wrap with 1/2 piece of bacon around the center of each bundle.

Place bundles on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Brush with melted butter.

Sprinklle with brown sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bacon is done.

Do ahead:

Par steam green beans 10-15 mins. (trim ends evenly)

Cook bacon in microwave 2 minutes. (remove some fat)

Wrap beans with bacon. Put in fridge until ready to bake.

Remove from fridge and brush with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and bake.
