Doreen's Very Best Pound Cake

ingredients
- 3 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 sticks of butter (softened)
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. baking powder
- 1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
- 6 large eggs (room temp)
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 2+ tea. vanilla (or other flavoring)

Preheat oven 325 degrees

Grease and flour a 11-12 cup bundt pan

Beat sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and pudding.

Alternating the flour mixture and the milk in the to sugar mixture.

Beat until well blended. Pour into greased bundt pan.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours. (90 min)

Let stand for about 20 minutes, then invert.

Chocolate Pound Cake

Add 1 box of Chocolate Instant Pudding (instead of vanilla)

Add 4 Tab. of Cocoa
