Enchilada
This ain’t your same old enchiladas
ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken or Ground beef
- 1- 10 pk (toco size) of flour tortilla shells
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 - bag cheese
- 2 pks taco seasoning to flavor meat
directions
for chicken- boil boneless skinless chicken with 1 pk of taco seasoning in water to flavor chicken. for ground beef cook as if you where making it for tacos. using 1 pk of the taco seasoning for every 1 pound of meat. In a 9x9 pan i line mine with Tin Foil for easy clean up. coat bottom of pan with enchilada sauce then place a layer of tortillas then a layer of meat,cheese and sauce keep layering in pan till pan is full then bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min. top with green onions, tomatoes, sour cream or anything else you like ENJOY
