Four Bean Salad
ingredients
- 1 14.5oz can green and wax beans
- 1 14.5oz., can chick peas (rinsed)
- 1 14.5 oz. can red kidney beans (rinsed)
- 1 large sweet onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2t salt/pepper
directions
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except the beans. In separate bowl add all beans, pour mixture over beans and add onions, mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, Stir every 4-8 hours. Enjoy!
