Polyenesian chicken
ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts diced into bite size pieces
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of yoshidas terriaki sauce
- Lime wedges
- cilantro

Mix all ingredients and let marinate in the fridge for at least and hour.

Heat a wok or large saute pan over high heat. Place a small amount of oil to coat pan and add chicken mixure.

Stir-fry until chicken is completely cooked through.

Serve over hot cooked jasmine rice, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and garnish with lime wedges
notes
This recipe tastes best over jasmine rice.
