It’s like having fresh corn on the cob in the middle of winter. Sugary and salty at the same time.
7 dozen ears of corn.
Sugar
Salt
Water
Husk corn and remove kernels from cob.
Place 4 quarts of corn in a large pan along with:
1 quart water
1 c. sugar
4 t. salt
(this is considered one batch)
7 dozens ears of corn will make 4 batches.
Once corn comes to rolling boil, continue to boil for 15 minutes. Cool and place in refrigerator over night.
In the morning, place corn in freezer bags or tupperware containers.
