Summer Pumpkin Pie
ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 Envelope Gelatin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 Can pumpkin (2 cups)
directions
In sauce combine gelatin, cinnamin, ginger, nutmeg, salt. Stir in milk and eggs. Mix well. Let stand 1 minute. Over low heat cook and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture is thickened (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin. Pour mixture in to crust. Chill 3 hours.
