1. Pre-heat oven to 400° to 425°

2. Scrub potato(es)and pierce all over with a fork (to vent steam)

3. Approximate cooking time options for 1 potato (see note 1):

- 0 min microwave & 1 hour in oven

- 2 min in microwave & 45 min in oven
- 6
- 5 min in microwave & 15 min in oven

4. After microwaving, lightly spray with Pam (butter flavor) and sprinkle with salt & pepper (to taste)

NOTES:

1) When microwaving more than one potato you will have to cook them for longer.

2) For crispy skin, DO NOT wrap potatoes in aluminum foil
