Lobster or Shrimp Newburg
A great crock pot recipe!
ingredients
- 5 oz. canned, frozen or one fresh cooked lobster, chopped or flaked
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 cup evaporate milk
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- Fresh mushroom, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry

Place all ingredients in Crock pot, Stir. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Serve over white rice, egg noodles or puff pastry shells.
notes
More lobster is better and both shrimp and lobster together are delicious!
