Asian Slaw
ingredients
- 2 T sugar or honey
- 3 T seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup oj
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- 9 oz. sliced cabbage
- sliced pepper
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
directions
Thinly slice and toss the cabbage, onion and pepper. Heat the oj and sugar or honey and reduce by 1/3ish. Whisk in the soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk in the vinegar and pour over the veggies.
