Oven Baked Potatoes
From my old neighbor growing up, Paula Aldrich. This is an easy side or brunch dish.
ingredients
- 16 oz Hash brown Potatoes, slightly defrosted
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 pound bacon fried and crumbled.
directions
Cream together over low heat the Mayonnaise and cheese. Once creamed add to hash brown potatoes, mixing well and placing in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place crumbled bacon on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for one hour.
