Choco Eclair Pie

ingredients

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cubes butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp almond flavoring
Filling
  • 2 small boxes of Jello instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • Hot fudge topping

directions

Preheat the oven for 400°. Bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Add beaten eggs and almond flavoring and mix well. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely before spreading on filling.

Mix together vanilla instant pudding and milk. In another bowl beat cheese cheese. Slowly add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese. Next, fold in the Cool Whip. Spread filling on the cooled crust and refrigerate. When ready to serve, drizzle with hot fudge topping.
