Another of Aunt Diane’s recipes. This is a very tasty potato dish.

ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 6 cold boiled Potatoes, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

    Melt butter in heavy skillet

  • 2

    Saute Onion about 5 minutes

  • 3

    Add Potatoes, fry until brown on both sides

  • 4

    Add Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper to potatoes

  • 5

    Cook 3 minutes longer
