Oatmeal Rhubarb Crumble
ingredients
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T water
directions
Save 1 T flour for rhubarb filling. Sift remaining flour, salt and 1/2 c. sugar. Stir in oats. Stir in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press 1/2 mixture in pan. combine rhubarb, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 T flour, cinnamon and water. Pour into crust. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
