Christmas Beef
ingredients
- 1 6lb beef tenderloin
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup port wine
- 1 tsp whole thyme
- 1 bay leaf

Mix all ingredients together, pour over beef and refrigerate for 24 hours. Turning occasionally

Put in over preheated to 425° for 45-60 minutes.
