ingredients

  • 1 6lb beef tenderloin
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup port wine
  • 1 tsp whole thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

    Mix all ingredients together, pour over beef and refrigerate for 24 hours. Turning occasionally

    Put in over preheated to 425° for 45-60 minutes.
