6 eggs
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
3 cups frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
½ cup diced ham
½ cup chopped green pepper
Beat eggs, onion powder, dried thyme, salt and pepper together. Then stir in frozen hashbrown potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper. Pour mixture into a grease 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
