Jacki's Mac & Cheese

Dusty loved to read and do math problems while he ate. He would have me make up math tests for him, just for fun. At that time his favorite meal was mac & cheese
ingredients
- 1 Box Penne Pasta, cooked, rinsed and
- set aside
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 brick of velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. of sharp cheddar cheese
- slash of milk
- pepper to taste
directions
Cook, rinse and set pasta aside. Using the same sauce pan, melt butter and add other ingredients. Fold pasta back into mix. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until hot.
