Apricot Pound Cake
ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package lemon jello
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 cup pureed apricots
- 1/2 apricot puree
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar

In large bowl combine all ingredients including apricot juice. Mix 2-3 minutes in mixer.

Bake at 350° for an hour.

For glaze, heat ingredients til butter melts. Pour over hot cake.
