Carmel Pretzel Cheesecake
Delicious! Sweet and Salty makes the perfect cheesecake!
ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels (plus extra for sprinkling)
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese(softened)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups sour cream
- 12 soft caramels
- 2 tbs. milk

Preheat Oven to 400F. Combine Crust ingredients and press into a spring form pan. Bake for about 8 minutes. Turn oven down to 350F. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Combine until well blended. Beat in sour cream. Pour into crust line pan. Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes. Cool completely.

In a saucepan, melt the caramel and milk. Drizzle over cooled cheesecake and top with crushed pretzels. Enjoy!
