Cheese Sauce
Use for baked potatoes and broccoli!
ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour. Add milk, salt, and pepper.

Cook until sauce thickens.

Add cheese and cook until smooth.
