Chili Con Queso
ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 3/4 lb. cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- tortilla chips

Chop and saute the green pepper and mushrooms.

Melt the butter, cheeses and cream of mushroom soup in a double boiler.

Add vegetables and spices.

Serve in a crockpot or warming dish to keep the cheese melted.

Serve with tortilla ships for dipping.
