Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 scant teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix oats, sugar, and oil. Let stand 8 hours. Stir.

Beat together eggs, salt and vanilla. Add to first mixture. Take teaspoonful and drop onto (greased?) cookie sheet. Pat out flat and bake at 325° about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove with spatula and store in freezer.
