Basic Chocolate Cupcakes

From “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World”

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Whisk together soy milk and vinegar and set aside to curdle.

  • Mix all other ingredients together.

  • Add curdled soy milk.

  • Fill cup cakes in lined pan.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Frost or not, these are delicious!
