6 C sliced potatoes
1 medium chopped onion
2 quartered tomatoes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 C boiling water
Mix together:
1 heaping T flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9“x13” baking dish with cooking spray.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Cover bottom of pan with onions. Add layer of potatoes and tomatoes. Sprinkle with half the flour mixture. Repeat.
Pour bouillon over potatoes and dot with butter. Bake covered for 30 min. Bake uncovered for 2 hours, pressing down occasionally with spatula.
