Grandma Florence's Cherry Pudding
Old fashioned recipe somewhat like bread pudding
ingredients
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 Egg
- Lump of butter size of egg (1/4 Cup)
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 pint flour (2 cups)
- 1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 lbs of Cherries - 4 cups fruit (my favorite is Raspberries)

This is my childhood favorite. It is one of the first recipes that I can remember making. The original name was Cherry pudding and used the terms lumps, pounds and pints. Any fruit that is good baked will do.
