ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2/3 cup oil (1/3 vegetable, 1/3 olive oil)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 small can devined shrimp
  • Bib lettuce
  • croutons

  • 1

    Combine dressing ingredients. Add shrimp and marinate shrimp in refrigerator with 1/2 of the dressing. Drain shrimp. Add shrimp to chilled lettuce with remaining dressing.

    Add croutons.
