Crunchy Cabbage

ingredients
- 1 head chopped cabbage
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 C sesame seeds
- 1/2 C slivered or sliced almonds
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkgs. crushed Ramen noodles without seasoning packets
- Dressing:
- 1 C light olive oil
- 1/2 C rice vinegar
- 1/2 C sugar or 1/3 C Splenda
- salt and ground pepper to taste

In skillet, melt margarine. Add noodles, sesame seeds and almonds and brown, stirring constantly. Cool.

When cool, add to chopped cabbage and onions.

Make dressing, but do not add to cabbage until 1/2 hour before serving.
