Blueberry Muffins
The best blueberry muffins ever made!
ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil or applesauce
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray Pam on 12 medium muffin tins.

Beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened.

Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake about 20 minutes.

Immediately remove from pan.
