HOT & SPICY SESAME OIL
Mix 3 T. this oil, 2 T. shoyu, 2 T. balsamic vinegar for a dressing. Pour over any Asian noodle salad with basil,peanuts & green onions!
ingredients
- 8 oz. sesame oil
- 3 T. red chili pepper flakes
- 1 clove ginger, minced
- 2 T. ginger root, shredded
- 1 tsp. cayenne

In a saute pan, heat 3 T. sesame oil. Add minced garlic, , cayenne, ginger and pepper flakes. Saute until garlic is browned.

Drain oil and reserve.

Taste the infused oil. Add pure sesame oil to this mixture until the desired spiciness.
