Scalloped Potatoes
Katherine remembers making these with Grandma.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place a single layer of potatoes in a buttered glass 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle 1 TBS flour over potatoes. Sprinkle 1 tsp. salt and ¼ pepper over flour. Add another layer of potatoes, flour and salt and pepper.
Pour milk over entire mixture. Cover with foil and cook for 1- 1-½ hours, until potatoes are fork tender. Remove foil the last ½ hour and add 1 cup grated cheese.
