Cayenne-Cinnamon Ribs with Maple Glaze
Go ahead, indulge yourself with these guilt free, mouthwatering ribs! A zesty super spice rub combines cinnamon, paprika and red pepper. This simple two-step cooking method for baby back ribs produces sweet-spicy ribs that are fall-of-the-bone tender. (Not to forget, a healthy way to enjoy ribs!)
ingredients
INGRECIENTS:- 1/4 Cup light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1 Tsp.Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
- 3 Pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 Cup Sugar Free maple syrup

Mix brown sugar and spices in small bowl

Rub spice mixture onto both sides of ribs

Place ribs in single layer in foil-lined roasting pan or cookie sheet

Preheat grill to medium heat
