Grilled Bruschetta Chicken Breast
Who says healthy white chicken meat has to be dry and boring? Bring some Italian flavor to the table with this incredibly moist, zesty chicken recipe!
ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup Kraft Sundried Tomato Dressing, divided
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 Cup shredded low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Cup basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes (Optional)

Place heavy-duty foil over half of grill greate

Preheat grill to medium heat

Pour 2 Tbsp. of dressing over chicken in sealable bag and turn bag over several times to coat chicken breast

Refrigerate 10 minutes

Grill chicken on uncovered side of grill 6 minutes

While chicken is grilling, combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, crushed red pepper, (optional) and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing

Turn chicken over, place cooked side up on foil

Top evenly with tomato mixture

Close grill lid and grill an additional 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked
