California Crab Wraps

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cp. diced plum tomatoes (about 3)
  • 1/2 cp. prechopped red onion
  • 1/2 cp. diced avocado (about 1/2 avocado)
  • 1 tb. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/4 cp. lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cp. (4oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 10inch flour tortillas
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, trimmed

directions

Combine first seven ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, and cilantro in a small bowl; spread evenly down center of each tortilla. Place one lettuce leaf over crabmeat mixture. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over lettuce and roll up.
