Parmesan Pita Crisps
Pre-heat the broiler.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pita rounds into fourths and then separate the fourths into layers. Place the layers smooth side down on a cookie sheet. Brush liberally with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil until the cheese melts and the pita triangles begin to brown.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
