Chili Mac

ingredients
- 2 qts water
- 1 C macaroni
- 1 T oil
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced celery stalk
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can corn
- 1.5 T chili powder
- 2 t oregano
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t salt

Boil macaroni until tender. Drain.

Saute onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic with oil until tender-crisp.

Add tomatoes, beans, corn, and spices. Top macaroni with sauce.
