Tangy Couscous

ingredients
- 1 C couscous
- 1.5 C boiling water
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 T cilantro
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- lime juice to taste
directions

Add the water and couscous. Fluff.

Combine the rest of the ingredients.

Chill. Serve. Simple.
