From “150 Vegan Favorites”
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
2 peeled, pitted & diced avocados
2 diced tomatoes
1 C peeled & diced jicama
1 diced green pepper
1 minced garlic clove
2 T cilantro
2 t oregano
1 t cumin
1 t pepper
½ t salt
lime juice to taste
Combine all ingredients.
Chill until ready to serve.
