Potato Chowder
ingredients
- 8 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese cubed
- 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine in crock pot all ingredients except cream cheese, bacon, and chives.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Add cream cheese until blended.

Garnish with bacon and chives.
