Oriental Chicken Skewers
These are best served with rice pilaf and make sure you marinade these all day or even over night.
ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oriental sesame oil
- pepper to taste
directions
Cut chicken breast into 12 lengthwise strips. Thread onto 10 inch wooden skewers. Place in 13x9 dish. Beat soy sauce, oil, and pepper with fork. Pour over chicken. Turn several times and marinade all day or overnight. BBQ over med/high heat for 8-10 minutes turning once.
