Guacamole
ingredients
- 2 moderately rip avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 ounces green chilies
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
directions
Place avocados, garlic, onion and green chilies in a bowl. Combine with a fork until well mashed but lumpy. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Use with Layered Mexican Dip or serve as an accompaniment with Mexican food or tortilla chips.
