Country French/Fresh Chicken
No matter what you call it, you’re gonna love it!
ingredients
- 2-3 tbs butter
- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 C. water
- 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
- 3 T. flour (generous)
- 3/4 C. sour cream

In a large skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and brown, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes)

In a bowl, stir water, soup mix, and flour until blended. Stir in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and basting chicken (about 10 minutes)

Place chicken on a platter and remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon over chicken.
