Corn Crisp
An old time G-ma classic.
ingredients
- 1 can Mexican style corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 egg
- 1 small box corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
directions

Preheat over to 350F.

Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together, and stir until fully combined.

Pour into baking dish and bake for 55 minutes, or until browned.
