Won Ton Soup
A light and healthy, classic Chinese soup.
ingredients
- 10 pre-made wonton wrappers
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup chopped bok choy
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Pour chicken stock into soup pot and bring to a boil.

Slice wonton wrappers into thin strips and place into pot.

Add the bok choy, carrot and green onion; cook until vegetables are tender.

Add the sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Simmer together and serve piping hot.
