Won Ton Soup

A light and healthy, classic Chinese soup.

  • Pour chicken stock into soup pot and bring to a boil.

  • Slice wonton wrappers into thin strips and place into pot.

  • Add the bok choy, carrot and green onion; cook until vegetables are tender.

  • Add the sesame oil, salt and pepper.

  • Simmer together and serve piping hot.
