Can be made ahead of time and frozen, then baked in oven

  • 32 oz. or 2 lb. bag of hash browns

  • 1 can cream of potato soup

  • 1 can cream of celery soup

  • 8 oz. sour cream

  • Onion to taste

  • Cheese to taste

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1½ hours.
