Rhubarb Salad

  • 4 cups rhubarb, diced

  • 1½ cup water

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 (6oz) strawberry jello

  • 1 cup water

  • Boil rhubarb and sugar in 1½ cup water.

  • Cook until rhubarb is tender.

  • Stir in strawberry jello until dissolved.

  • Add 1 cup water.

  • Chill until thick.
