Strawberry Ambrosia Salad

ingredients

  • 3 oz package strawberry jello
  • 3 oz package raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 8.5 oz crushed pineapple and syrup
  • 1/3 cup flake coconut
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

  • 2

    Add frozen strawberries to hot hello and stir until thawed.

  • 3

    Stir in cold water and pineapples with syrup.

  • 4

    Chill until consistency is like that of egg whites.

  • 5

    Add coconut and evaporated milk.

  • 6

    Chill for 4 hours in mold.
