Scalloped Oysters
ingredients
- 1 pint oysters
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 cup oyster liquor
- 1 cups (46) crackers, crushed slightly
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
- pepper
directions

Combine half and half, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and oyster liquor. Set aside.

Combine crumbs and butter.

Spread 1/3 of the crumbs in a pan and cover with 1/2 of the oysters. Pepper the oysters.

Add 1/3 more of the crumbs and add the remaining oysters.

Pour the cream mixture over the oysters and add the remaining 1/3 crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
